Several ATV, hiking, biking and horseback riding trails crisscross the area. China Meadows Trailhead is nearby, giving hikers and horseback riders access to the High Uintas.
This campground contains several single and two double campsites, each equipped with a picnic table and campfire ring. Two accessible sites are available, both with cement parking spurs and site pads. All other sites have gravel surfaces. Some sites have partial lake views.
Drinking water, vault toilets and trash collection are provided at the campground. A camp host is located on-site. A dump station is located about half a mile away, across the road from Stateline.
A thin forest of lodgepole pine, ponderosa pine and aspen covers the area. Shade is minimal. Summer wildflowers and grasses dot the campground. A variety of wildlife makes its home around the lake, including moose and deer.

This wasn’t a bad campground but it’s not my style, I think this could be great for others though.
This seems like a good camp ground for campers and ATVs, many of the other guests had them and were having a blast!
The campsite parking seemed large on most of the spots, ours fit 2 vehicles (truck and wagon) with room to spare and there was plenty of space for multiple tents and many of the other sites looked to fit campers + trucks + ATVs etc comfortably.
The road to the camp ground is all dirt road, about a 15-20 minute drive.
The lake was okay and had a trail that loops around it, easy walk. There’s another…trail? But more like a wilderness walk, still enjoyable if you’re feeling adventurous. There’s not much else for hiking that we could find. Easy walk to the other lake and the dam but it’s along the dirt road.
Not very much privacy or trees, some spots are a little better but not great.
So, if you’re looking for an off-roading/ATV friendly place, this is a good option. If you’re after a quiet, private tent camping experience, look elsewhere.
Beautiful scenery like a post card. The camp hosts did a fantastic job keeping the bathrooms clean and stocked. One thing that is unpredictable about this area is the weather. It rained 3 of the four days we camped. But we still had a great time. This is our third time camping at Bridger lake and we will go back for sure.
Great place with not a lot of people there. The campground is a little more spread out than some of the other lakes that are close. There’s disperse camping right down the street if you have dogs or don’t want to deal with Karen’s. We had a Karen next to us that kept complaining about our dogs who weren’t on a leash but never once went to her campsite.
Beautiful scenery. A lot of the pines are dead by the lake but if you drive past the lakes, the pines are thriving a lot more, the more you drive back. We’ll definitely be going back.
Seems to be really well maintained and the bathrooms were the cleanest and best smelling campground bathrooms I’ve probably ever used!
The sites were flat enough for our trailer, and close proximity to garbages and there’s a water fill station and a dump station.
It’s a great place for four-wheeling and fishing, though my family does not have a four-wheeler. I prefer hiking, but there’s not really great hiking trails around, especially with kids (there’s backpacking trails.)
We had borrowed an inflatable boat and boated around the lake and watched the fish jumping out of the water which was really fun.
Place was secluded but busy. Nice little lake to get away. The lake isn't swimmable but you can take your kayak to enjoy the water. There also a nice trail that loops around the lake.
