I had the pleasure of working with Adam Park. It was very easy to communicate with him and I felt like he was quick to act on anything that I asked him to look into. I would definitely work with him again in the future.
I had a close friend work with them for a bit. His agent kept trying to pressure him into buying properties he wasn't excited about. Then when he tried to break up with them because of the bad experience, the brokerage told him they won't let him out of their agreement. So silly.

To all future prospective agents, Beware. Tim Hewlett told me over the phone a commission structure of 80/20. And then he changed it . I had no proof in writing this conversation. Make sure all agreements are in writing, and document everything. Even if the agreement is with your own team. There was another time that they charged me a fee that was not in my contract. They charged me hundres of dollars with those fees. When I asked about it, they said it was standard practice because they got involved with the transaction. When I asked in writing and noticed the contract , I showed them that it did not say anything about that fee. They ignored me. Even when I send several notices. It really makes you wonder what type of people you are with. Even answering this post, they stressed the importance of having things in writing instead of acknowledging my comment. Personally, I don't want people like this in my team. There is a good saying that says, " I don't care how much you know until I know how much you care." And some of these people don't care at all. They are just in for the money and take advantage of that opportunity when they see it.🤔
Other than that, Dean was good to work with. He is knowledgeable and was available when I needed him except at the end when I sent him those emails. But he was good overall. Amber Burke was great to work with. She helped me with what I needed every time. I hope the company reads this and looks into it.
This place is great. The people were very friendly and knowledgeable. The new building is amazing and it’s very convenient that the title company and mortgage company share space on site - how easy is that for a client! Good work Keller Williams and team.
Juana will not stop messaging me when I asked her to stop. She's completely unprofessional the way she was messaging me. I tried to be nice but she kept pushing.
She didn't announce to me who she was. If you're trying to get business please announce your name and business first. I literally had to ask who she was when she messaged me. She started off talking to me like she was my best friend like I was supposed to know who she was.
As a real estate graduate I know you can get a huge fine for continuing to bother someone when they ask to not be contacted, so please have a talk with her. Susie was more professional when handling people.
