Exquisite, majestic, stunning. FULL of trash. If you come here, for the love of all things sacred, pack out what you pack in.
I stayed at Upper Lagunitas campground for three days while hiking in Cruses Basin Wilderness. The CG was clean with spaced out sites. The bow hunt for Elk was on, I chatted w a few friendly hunters. Also met some cool long distance bikers. Great spot for sunrise and sunset, awesome fire ring and someone left a bunch of firewood. Would definitely return to camp again in the warmer season.
