Used to be a nice place to stay. Stayed there for many months and when we went back intending to stay long term again, owner would not answer phone and then was extremely rude when we finally made contact. Ended up staying one night and moving to to Tucumcari to a much nicer and quieter RV park.
The park didn’t look too maintained via Google Earth but we figured the satellite imaging could have caught it on a bad day. As we approached, we could see there were ample spaces for various lengths with full hookups. We arrived around 3:30 in the afternoon, nobody at the office, doors locked. Thought about calling but to be fair, the park looks like it caters more to long term guests as there were a few coaches that didn’t look too street legal or if they had moved in years. Decided not to stay and moved on down the road.
We were feeling our 5th wheel was off, checked the tire and sure enough, it was shredded down to the radial cords. Stopped at Arrowhead and Russ helped us change the tire, provided the tools and everything. He’s a stellar guy.
