Words can not describe the Tree 'n' Sea Trailer Park....... One of the worst places to live in LC. The manager and the so-called assistant manager are worthless. They do NOTHING to improve the area. The bathrooms are disgusting. Mold is everywhere the shower is brown from not being cleaned. They threaten us by saying that they will close the bathrooms down, Instead of cleaning them. The "manager" is here only once a month, just to get money. Completely worthless!!! Shame on you!!!
