I recently had an amazing experience here. This is a very clean, well managed, affordable park with awesome neighbors. I stayed in one of the cottage rentals for a month when I first moved to the area and the place was a God send. Very clean, well laid out one bedroom mobile home with a porch, that has a nice kitchen and bath with very hot water, well working central AC and heat, comfy bed, a living room, AND all furnished for a good monthly price!

This park is very close to everything and convenient to Flat Rock and Hendersonville and all surrounding grocery stores/gas stations, etc. It has mature trees so you feel like you’re out there in the mountains but you’re actually right on the edge of town! Best of both worlds!

As a seasoned traveler who has stayed in many parks over the years…I highly, highly recommend Town Mountain! Thanks again Mike!

Needed a place to pull in the toy hauler for a couple days so we could ride motorcycles through the mountains and check out all the waterfalls in the area. Left a message on the machine on Tuesday night, June 28th, about coming in the next day for a 2 night stay on June 29th & 30th. Mike called us back as soon as he got in the next morning and took care of us and helped us out getting set up. Mike was so nice and friendly, you would have thought we had been friends for a long time even though it was our first time meeting him. The dogs loved it there and were welcome guests (even though Brinkley was a little protective of his area 🤣). We loved our stay and would recommend this park if you need a place to pull off the road and visit the area. Mike also taught me how to pronounce Dahlonega ( Dah-lonega not Dah-lah-nega 🤣🤣).

My stay at this RV park was three months and it was wonderful. This was my first experience ever and I found my stay in one of the cottages comfortable. Everyone seem to respect each others privacy and yet it was social thanks to the host MIKE. At night the park is quiet. Mike is very helpful with local information and he runs a clean, beautiful park. I would stay there again! Thank you Mike.

Loved staying here! Great little spot and very dog friendly. Mike was amazing and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Really appreciate him! Great little hidden gem! We will be back!
