Open from mid-May through mid-September, our beautiful, well-maintained RV park has 18 wooded, full hook-up sites (9 are pull throughs), all with 30/50 amp service, water, and sewer.
We also have 13 dry campsites. Wooded, grassy sites are perfect for tents or small campers that don't need hook-ups.
In the center of the RV park is an outdoor pavilion with a fire pit for your enjoyment.
Shower and laundry facilites area available on-site during business hours.
At jct George Parks Hwy 3 & Petersville Rd (George Parks Hwy MP 114.6).
Stay at the hotel. Not a good move. No refrigerator, no coffee but there was a coffee maker, no soap and no ice. I have had better stays at Motel 6!! Had to beg for coffee and did not receive any for the two day stay that I was there. Was going to stay a couple more but got tired of wasting my money!! Beg for soap and was told they don't think they supply soap for the rooms anymore! What a joke, accuse my English but this place sucked!!
Good overnight if it does not rain. The pull thru deluxe sites appear to be in a construction process however the layout is poor. Sewer is in the path where wheels travel and have no termination caps. The site is mostly dirt, roots and untrimmed bushes with deep ruts in progress. Expect mud bowls if it rains.
New employee, Sherri, assigned to organize the park was injured in an accident and nothing but chaos remains.
Good thing we arrived early. The gas station (3 bears) and store were nice.
We had FHU so did not use park facilities.
Place was infested with mosquitos so bring lots of spray. Staff was not very helpful as well as rude on a lost wallet issue. The showers are $4.00 and not clean. Stay away, far away.
This place is great! So glad 3 Bears bought this place and now they are open all winter. Woohoo!
