Located approximately 40 miles North of Anchorage, and/or three miles East of Palmer on Smith Road via the scenic Old Glenn Highway. The Old Glenn Highway can be located at mile 29 Glenn Highway or mile 42 Glenn Highway (Arctic Blvd - Palmer). Smith Road is at approximately mile 16 Old Glenn Highway or 3 miles from Palmer.
This RV park is fantastic! We stayed here for a few months and it was great. Bathrooms/showers were very clean, laundry services were affordable, and the staff is excellent! I would highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Alaska!
We enjoyed our stay there. The full plug is reasonably priced and the hot water in the six-seven shower stalls was hot enough to get rid to tireness and get ready for a cold night.
So appropriately named as the views are fabulous. This RV park is conveniently located to the amenities of Palmer while feeling remote. We stayed for several weeks towards the end of the season - sorry we didn’t find them sooner. The pull through sites are great, for big rigs, and well spaced out. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We will stay here on our next visit to Alaska.
