The prices look great. The owner seems very kind and was super helpful, but wouldn’t allow my skoolie. I understand that some people don’t do things correctly when doing conversions, but others live in their rigs full time, have them titled as RVs, and fixed nicer and safer than most factory rigs. I am very disappointed as it seemed a really nice place to stay, but I guess I’ll have take my business to Mt. Sterling.
1st time camping in my friend's very nice RV with 2 kids (5 &7yrs) super kid friendly and a relaxing haven for adults once the kids are sound asleep.
Took my 7 year old 3 year old canoeing. Called the day before to reserve. The gentleman coordinating the canoe rental was very nice and very knowledgeable about places to stop and various details about the river. Prices were fair and the canoe and equipment were very nice. Would gladly canoe here again.
This is a very laid back and affordable option for kayaking in the area. If you're very tall or big, the kayaks might work but it's not recommended. Not the greatest experience comfort-wise. But it's affordable. If you are over 230lbs or 6 foot or more and want comfortable kayaking, spend the money and go elsewhere. I'm 5'10" and 165 and it was great for me.
