At the group camping area. Should be more picnic tables for a large group camping area. Otherwise, it's a nice camping area for a group of 10 or more units.
This used to be a much better campground than it is now. The Forest Service road down to the campground is in terrible condition in several places. It is impassable with most RV's or travel trailers unless small and built specifically for off-road/backcountry use. There is a water crossing right at the campground that is narrow and the approach angles are such that it is difficult to see the correct route to keep from falling off into deep water. The field at the campground itself hasn't been mown or bush-hogged in quite a while and the grass and weeds are 2+ feet tall. The best places to pitch a tent are in the southwest corner near the vault toilet.
Very nice, accessible, remote camping location with a beautiful view of the lake and the grass hollow.
There is no electricity available but there is a restroom and several picnic tables available to use.
