This is an amazingly developed property that has gone neglected for far too many years. We acquired the land and are cleaning up the leftovers from the previous people who didn’t appreciate what was there. We are looking for people who want to work to improve upon the property by trail building, debris cleanup, building in ground sand homes and people who want to learn how to live off grid.

Looking from sites at Arches National Park, it's really a beautiful mountain range, especially when capped with snow in spring.
Climbed up this in July. Most times of year you have to drive over a creek to get to the trialhead. The summit is LONG but never too steep or slippery under foot (cough cough haystack mountain slate rock). The peak has amazing views. We lost the trail twice because snow blocking it, the trail is poorly marked.
