Scored a sweet piece of driftwood. This is going to look great in my yard.
I'm a big fan of the Tillamook Forrest. Been riding dirtbikes down there for 30 plus years.
If you can ride there, you can ride anywhere.
Pleasant hike from Elk Creek campground to the intersection with the King Mt trail. Passed a few small waterfalls. Enough elevation change for a workout and there is a sweet spot by the creek for a lunch break
This 11.5 mile hike was BRUTAL. It's very challenging. We did both the summits and it took 8 hrs. There are 3 rope climbs that no joke you need the rope to go up or down...HIGHLY RECOMMEND going counter clockwise, which is the way we went thank God I can't imagine climbing up the ropes.. if you go clock wise all 3 rope climbs are up...if you go counter clockwise your using the ropes to go down still very hard but much easier then up!!!
