Located 20 miles from Sanibel. From 75 S: Exit 158 - Tuckers Grade. Turn left at US-41/Tamiami Trail. Will be on right 15 miles. From 75 N: Exit 143 left at Bayshore/Pine Island Rd. Turn right at N Cleveland Ave. Will be on left 1.4 miles.
Great park. Resident owned. Very clean park with a ton of spaces. Great value for the money. Nice memorial/monument to US and Canadian military by pool, shuffle board, laundry and meeting hall. Packed at season, almost empty in summer. Dog friendly, quiet, safe and relaxing environment. All major gas stations, banks, mix of restaurants, and retail stores within 5 miles. Beauty shop/nail shop next to office at entrance. No regular planned activities, but old Shell Factory across the street has flea markets in am, car show once a week, and more too.
My parents have a lovely place here. The village is like a photo on a postcard. Everything is neat, clean, and uniquely cared for. The residents are friendly and the sense of community is truly heartwarming. This a wonderful little piece of paradise that has a family of folks who really seem to appreciate it.
Wonderful early afternoon for food truck night. Great, friendly people, clean resort. Thank you for having Scoop Me Up Ice Cream!! We look forward to returning.
