This park was a blessing to me and my husband back in February and March of this year. We sold our house and needed a place to stay in a pinch to park our RV and live for a few months to work before leaving for Oregon. Angela was kind and professional. She made sure we took the last spot during high season in Fort Lauderdale ( there are literally zero RV spots in the winter!). The park is clean, well kept and safe. The marina is beautiful to walk at night with a glass of wine. The airplanes flying over was the best part. We loved to sit outside at night and watch them coming down… we will definitely consider staying again or recommending it to anyone. Thanks again, Angela!

This is a great place if you like to watch Airplanes and listen to them all day and all night they're literally less than 100 ft over the top of you when you're in this Campground

The owner, Angela has been so nice and accommodating to me! I’m a 60 yr old woman flying solo and her RV park, I feel very safe in! Plenty of room between RVs and great neighbors!

I've been parked at NorthCoast Park and Marina for a little over a month. My wife took a job in North Miami Beach and we were afraid we wouldn't find a place to park our 45' coach anywhere close. Lucky for us that NorthCoast was here. I called and talked to Angie, the owner. It was short notice in mid December and she was able to get us right in. It is a no-frills rv park. If you're looking for a resort park experience this is not it. If you need a long term parking space with the essentials of 50A/30A electric, water and sewer then this perfectly located park is just right. Other RV resorts I looked at in the area were quite a bit more expensive and offer amenities we will never use. Northcoast is a parking space for long-term parking perfectly located off the 95 in Dania Beach. Everything you need from shopping to restaurants to the beach is within a very short drive.

We stayed a couple of nights and enjoyed the location. Close to good restaurants and shopping. We stored our motorhome for 6 weeks while we visited the Bahamas and liked the ease of getting to airport and in and out of the location.
