From jct I-75 (exit 101) & Hwy 951: Go 1/4 mi S on Hwy 951, then 1/2 mi W on Hwy 84, then 4-1/4 mi W on CR 856 (Radio Rd), then 1/2 mi S on CR 31 (Airport/Pulling Rd), then 500 feet W on North Rd.
Our communities are pet friendly and allow up to 2 small pets, each pet cannot exceed 25 pounds. Breed restrictions do apply. Please see the community manager for details.
The staff is very friendly & helpful, but I wouldn't recommend it or come back. The sites are very small, it's next to an airport, if the wind is blowing just right, all you can smell is jet fuel, it's sickening. And noisey.
Fantastic 55+ Community. Clean well kept. If your sensitive to road noise or Airplanes might not be for you. We are use. To it. Beautiful Area great location. Great customer service will be returning soon.
RV park is well kept - the staff and volunteers were very helpful as we checked in. Our site was on the tight and narrow side but there are larger and longer spaces on the interior roads - the creek sites were not very appealing except for the fact there’s no one behind you. Not too keen on having to pay a $50 deposit for the Comcast cable equipment, but the air antenna selections weren’t very good even though it’s a large community (Naples/Ft. Myers). The pool facilities were very nice and well kept as are the laundry and restrooms. The local airport was close by, but the southeast end of the airport is not in a runway line.
Reserved 9 nights. Paid the extra $50 to book the site we wanted. It is a 55+ park and we knew that. Received phone call the next day to confirm we were 55+. We arrived on our date to find:
Not at site we requested
No laundry facilities
No internet
Complained about site being wrong got two completely different answers from the same person. Asked for our $50 back and got it
Get to the site hook up tv/cable. Box locked. Told to use one behind us. Didn’t work. Said they have someone look at it. Nine days later still waiting for that someone. Will not recommend this to anyone.
