Great 55+ RV Park. Very friendly residents. But mgmt is pushing 7/5 sites to eliminate availability for any transient traffic or even 3 month sites. Parent Co doing that all over this area. One reason... guaranteed income & greed. Prices keep going up & up & up!

Extremely RUDE resident's!!! I hope you never find your self here. I will say not all are rude, folks on Anchor way are pretty friendly residents . But I would never ever stay here again. Watch for the crazy KAREN that thinks it's ok to scream at your children because she had a hard life and feels like it! And yes I know it's a 55+ park doesn't give the right to be nasty to other people.

The office people, especially the manager, are extremely unprofessional and rude. They lose mail and blame it on the postal service. The roads are so narrow it's impossible to get around and there's often workers blocking the roads entirely. The residents are also very crabby, they hardly will wave back.

There's many better parks then this one. Don't waste your time camping here. The only positive is the location

Beautiful RV park with park unit homes throughout. Pickle ball, horse shoe pits, huge swimming pool, weight room, gaming room( poker tables), two laundry facilities along with multiple shower houses for the transient travelers.

Just a wonderful place to live.

Yes live. We are here to stay. Very dog friendly with a dog park and after Doogie Duty stations throughout.

All together a must visit if your looking to camp or move to the SWFL area.
