We are conveniently located right off US 56 at 4612 East Highway 56, so we make a ideal destination to take advantage of all the fun activities along the Ohio River. Within a 5 mile radius you will find so many relaxing and fun places to visit, explore, and share. When you’re finished, you can return to the beautiful and relaxing atmosphere of our Vevay Resort. We are along the Majestic Ohio River. If coming from Central Indiana and using US65 take the Columbus Exit to State Rd 7 to North Vernon and Madison , Indiana where it will connect to St Rd 56. The Route is very scenic and perfect to stop along the way.
Visitors coming from the eastern part of Indiana or from Ohio may find taking St Rd 56 from Cincinatti.
We have camped here for over 5 years and we're so happy we found Swiss Haven. It's like our second home because everyone is like family, especially Tom and Leah, who do an amazing job to make everyone's experience enjoyable. If you want clean, friendly, safe camping, then Swiss Haven is for you.
Awesome Camp ground! I would recommend this place to everyone! Very nice people that own it! Nice view of the river as well!!! They have a place to do your laundry and a drop off service! Very well maintain! Thank you
This is a wonderful rv park on one of the prettiest prices of land on the Ohio River. It’s very clean and very well maintained. Everyone here is very friendly and the owners are truly the nicest people.
I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay, you won’t want to leave 😊
Can't say enough good things about Swiss Haven RV Resort. Tom and Leah are not only genuine people, they take incredible pride in the park and it shows at every turn. The grounds are well kept and clean at all times...you can find them working to ensure it every day. There's a cool store and gift shop, dog park, playgrounds, boat ramp, horseshoes, etc.... The setting along the river is as quiet and relaxing as you could ask for. Highly recommended hidden gem!
These guys won't let me stay here after telling me they have spots available, just after telling them where I work. Which is still a local job, but claimed to be booked after telling them. Canceled me the day I was supposed to go down there. I sent them pictures of my RV because it's a little older but in good condition and they said it looks good but then started asking questions. After I told them I'd be working at the casino they said they were completely booked, and they couldn't check after hours.
