This is a campground. We had a very nice campsite a little small but well maintained. The staff was very pleasant The entire park was clean and well run

We always enjoy staying at Sweetwater! We find it very quiet and the other campers are usually friendly. The grounds are well maintained and the host are very cordial and attentive. I don't remember any real issues with anything the past 7 years we've been going there! Almost all the spots are great and have no issues parking our 28ft travel trailer.

Loved our site #29. We really love the park. So clean, rangers are everywhere all of the time, and we loved that.

Inexpensive and wonderful view.

I just wish people would not throw their trash in the water cause it ends up on the shoreline, and it's so sad.

It's probably impossible to clean up the shoreline at the campgrounds, but there is so much dead floating wood that you can't even get close to the water.

I have a doggy that likes to just get his feet wet, but it was not possible.

But that is our only complaint.

We will be back next year.

Thanks so much.

It's a great place to camp on concrete and you get to set up in the rocks instead of the woods and if you bring a camper to sit at the lake should just watch lake videos and not even bother. Oh yea and because I didn't turn in the pass when I left the lady scolded me. I'm not your husband lady and I don't have to put up with you. I know why he's upset all the time. Your make me feel like never coming back here

This was our first time visiting this particular campground on Allatoona. We never saw hosts go around the entire weekend we were there and you could tell. The sites were not cleaned at all! The sites are also very overgrown with weeds and undergrowth. Most of the sites are just wide enough for the width of the camper and nothing to spare. They are also in ver poor shape with bumps from root growth and cracks. They have two dump stations, but only one capable of hooking up to rinse the black tank because the other has a missing fitting. Lastly, do not throw away the paper camping ticket that all parks give you during registration. The will lecture you about how you are supposed to hand it in upon check out. They did not tell us this when we came in and there was nothing indicating this is a requirement. The only sign they have about this, is at the exit side of the registration office which she pointed out. I politely asked her how we would see this sign, if we were at the campsite all weekend….more lecturing. We’ve never been asked for our paper hangtag and we’ve camped a lot in a variety of places.
