From jct I-25 & SR 12 (exit 11): Go 2-3/4 mi E on Old Santa Fe Trail.
Can't say if 1 star or 5 is rite.???.
Didn't stay here. Buiuuut, apparently I got directions? And ironically, on the same day, the txt message, the big rv leaves, and all around strange. But tell Gail heyyyyy.
Avoid. The staff is incompetent, manager does not care about you. You will get blamed for things that are already broken because of lack of upkeep. Don't get your hopes about this place. It's not even close to what you expect. Tower 64 is cheaper and have nice people working there. There is also a doggy area at 64. Summit has dogs barking constantly. Trash flying around.
This place is easy to pull through and park. Sewer hookups were hard to find. They have one shower for people to use and laundry facilities. The owner was very friendly and helpful. This place could use a good cleanup, but overall it was decent.
This place should be a one star. Very sketchy and dirty. Drug dealers and crackheads are here and it's an overpriced dumpster. They made us camp on five foot grass but we just camped on the side of the road. Never stay here.
Avoid this place at all costs! Very sketchy residents. Looks like drug dealers and users. Units parked permanently for years.
Hook ups sketchy and no WiFi or cell service or tv reception.
One of the nicer units in the attached photos.
No pool no amenities.
In a time capsule from 1933.
Additionally it is very expensive!!
If I could give it less than one star I would.
