Im going to give this place 5 stars.

Some of you may ask why?

Well me count the ways….

1) the people that own also his managers are amazing. The couple is kind and accommodating. They work really hard to bring quality to the park and quality people. They work every day 9/5 busting their rears to gentrify this park. It’s coming back to life slowly but surely. Also recovering from the Covid Hit.

2) it’s open, yes the spaces themselves are a little tight, how ever your in a 5 minute walk, If that… to allow your dogs to run and potty.

3) it’s freaking affordable. Full hook ups, a whole building with full accommodations on top of full camp 30 & 50 amp sites.

4) they stay open year round and don’t care about the model you haul. Our toy hauler was accepted. It’s a 2005 Toyhauler.

They maybe out of the way in Walsenburg, but I’m telling you as the general public this place is worth it.

I am mother of two and I feel really safe here. Take a chance. Worth it.

50.00 for a rv space, was way too much. This place is all dirt. The restrooms were clean and nice. Had a backhoe tractor out front of our space, crazy.

I used to live there at the campsite. Live with my x fiancé parents. I don't know if they still live there. The last name was West. Her name was Brenda west It was a nice campsite but it needed a lot of work at that time. This was back in the 90s.

This is more a long term facility. Not well kept . Restrooms are cramped and old. Dogs bark late at night . Traffic noise well into night. Roads are pitted and rutted. No sewer and unable to find dump station. Office difficult to find had to check in at business next door. Overpriced for facility. Would not stay again.
