Called here for hours of operation. Was asked "how soon can you get here " when I said about 20 minutes the reply was " then we will probably be open". When I asked if they had a dinner menu the reply was "we have a menu " . We still went but, there was one waitress/bartender, a bar full of drinkers ( at least 16 ) , one table of 6 , Our table of 2 and another of 4 . We received a glass of water and a menu in 25 minutes never got to order. Final leftter 30 minutes. Only 6 items on the dinner menu .
I would recommend the place to anyone!
Quiet and it challenges you. No sand traps but very narrow.
It's Beautiful as well.
The restaurant was clean and the help friendly.
Food was good and some interesting and different choices than you will find no where else.
Price for food will not break you.
Very generous portions. So think about that or you will be throwing food away unless you have a good apppitite.
Very happy , will be back.
Restaurant Review - I took my family here for the prime rib dinner special. The portion size was good for the price, but the biscuits that came with the meals were cold and seemed old and stale. We also ordered a side of poutine. That consisted of a bowl of greasy fries smothered in gravy and shredded cheese. There were a few bite-sized pieces of cheese thrown in, but those did not have the consistency or taste of cheese curd. The dish itself was so salty, it was barely edible - very disappointing for the price. The restaurant was very clean and the service was good, just stay away from the poutine.
Went golfing with friends. They accepted a coupon we had with no problem, the course is in good shape and the service was great. We ordered pizza and wings to go. The food was excellent. Great place to spend the day.
