What they’re building has so much potential, I particularly like the layout with all the trees and lighting-this could be amazing for Christmas? One negative is the road going through it. Couldn’t we just have something that’s for people walking, running, biking, pet friendly? Why the need for a road going from idk where to Floyd? Really necessary? Regardless for Sioux City this park is on the right track-I hope the city delivers
Me and my family have been enjoying this park for literal decades. But recently we've been having issues. With the three parks in a row, we've found several syringes, beer bottles, and condoms around there. The bathroom rules are ridiculous. Why would you close the bathrooms half an hour after the elementary schools get out? I know it's been a rule since November, but still. If having issues with adults and teenagers doing illegal and inappropriate things is growing, add cameras. You do not have to shut down bathrooms. Again, love these parks, but the condoms, and party paraphernalia is disgusting, especially since there are children playing there.
