Special shoutout to Justice for getting us situated with our mailbox and going the extra mile while we were staying there. Everyone that works in this building is so nice and helpful and we’ll miss picking up our mail in person. After seeing the operation and how professionally everything is handled we’re glad we chose Americas Mailbox.
Julie was so helpful in getting my registration for my 4 vehicles. She was responsive to my questions and got the new plates in record time. In past years it seemed to take a long time I realize that they deal with thousands of renewals yearly. The workload must be daunting and I respect the professional experience that I received from Julie. Thanks for all you do.
My wife and I live full time in our camper and travel around doing seasonal jobs. We use Americas Mailbox for a permanent address. They are great as a mail forwarding service, but I especially appreciate the help they have given us to register our vehicles. Because of paperwork issues with the RV dealer and truck dealer— we talked and emailed countless times and Amanda was ALWAYS kind and patient.
