Loved this little campground, and Joyce, the hostess, is the best! Friendly, kind, informative and thoughtful. We rolled in without a reservation and she had space for us, just a warning for bigger rigs it is a little tight! By the time we pulled in we were committed:). Nice grounds, amazingly quiet for being so close to the road but once the border is closed for the night there is next to no traffic. Awoke to the roosters crowing. That was a cool throwback to childhood! Would highly recommend. Very reasonable rate of $30 a night. Looked like her weekly and monthly rates were great as well!

It's not often that you come across such a warm and hospitable host. More of a boutique rv park than a sprawling acreage. We enjoyed our time with Joyce and the fellow campers. Sites are well arranged with up to date hookups.

We stayed here for a night to resupply before heading down the road to boondock. The park is the smallest we've been in and only has ~10 spots. The owner is very nice and the binder of brochures was appreciated.

No issues with access, water pressure, or electrical hookups. The website does note that laundry is available but it's a 1 machine deal. More substantial laundry is down the road at Coyote Howl

There's a moderate amount of road noise given the location.

This is a small park w unique spots. Joyce and those staying here for the winter make this place feel like home. If you want to be social…be social…evening fires, local trivia team (we won 😉), lovely conversation, and kindness! If you want to keep to yourself…that is perfectly fine also. Having quick access to the National park (monument) makes the location perfect. I can’t wait to return to see what Joyce has come up with next. Would stay again when in the area!

The owner, Joyce, was so nice and professional. She makes sure not only everything at her property is accommodating but also that you will enjoy anything available in the area. Very nice that she invited us to a social campfire. We were very tired from hiking all day we passed but it looked to be very nice people hanging around the fire. Thank you Joyce. We will be back and recommend to family and friends.
