Out in the sticks, but we were visiting family who had just arrived. It was just after dark when we arrived, so we weren't able to check out the Park. It looks very nice.

Sadly it’s a park that got bought out and has new owners. Management has not handled a problem with daily and nightly noise from our neighbor. They asked us if we want to move to a sight because they have been here for years and we are new? And no other neighbors complain about them? They are outside our bedroom window. Up at 11 at night and their dog barks day and night. There are also sewer problems here. It smells.

Very nice facility. Clean and well maintained. Tons of activities. Pool, pickleball, tennis, lawn bowling, shuffle board. Had an RV site which were large lots. Was south of Yuma maybe 10 to 15 minute drive into the city
