We have camped here several times, and we love it. It's beautiful and clean, and customer service is the best. Highly recommend

We stayed in the Hideaway campground in a travel trailer. We had a very nice view of the lake, site 25. It's great that the shuttle will take you to the hotel, and the casino. We checked in online and couldn't find anyone at the office until the next day. We didn't use the bathrooms, they looked a bit dated and rusty, but clean.

The campground was quiet and clean, all paved sites. No loud late-night music. The lake was nice.

We were excited about having access to the hotel pool, hot tub, steam room, and dry heat sauna. However, the pool was freezing, the hot tub jets did not work , there was no steam in the steam room, and the dry heat sauna never got hot. There is no one there to assist us.

It appears the adjacent water park is getting all the attention. Also, the hotel pool area badly needs an update.

The casino is just ok. I thought it would have a night club, or a spot with a band. If you're not a big gambler this isn't for you. I play the slots a little. But that isnt enough for me to ever go back.

Disappointed!

I stayed at the campgrounds and I checked in after 4 and no one is around. I checked in online and that was easy, we got to our site and it was a back in up against a pond area which is mosquito infested. I am still upset that check in was at 4 pm instead of 2 or 3 pm. Check out was 11 am and that was not easy either it should be 12. I never saw a shuttle come to the park until the Carrie Underwood show. My daughter said the bathrooms were not the best condition for the price of a lot that you are literally right next to each other. I was not impressed. 😪

My son rented a pavilion for my grandsons birthday party. Grandson wanted to be where he and his cousins and friends could fish. Such a great place.!! They caught and released so many fish. There was a playground for the smaller kids to play and clean restrooms. The little store sold cold water ((cheap)). They rented a firepit for the evening and it ended on a perfect note. Everyone had such a great time.
