From Jct of I-5 & Hwy 504 (Exit 49), E 6 mi on Hwy 504 (L)
Note This park is no longer a KOA but is still open as an independent park. The park is very well kept and we had a beautiful site with a patio. Our view was great. The only downside was the noise from the traffic but that can't be helped. This is one to which we will return.
It is an ok place. Not a KOA since the new owners, although KOA signs are on highway (Rt 5) and the side road 504. We had 50 amp full hookups no issues. No Wi-Fi available and semi-descent cell service on our Verizon plan.
Great location to explore Mount St Helens. There are three pull-thru sites that are big rig friendly but they are very unlevel. You will mostly likely need leveling blocks. Cable at our site did not work. Laundry was nice and clean. Great views! Dee in the office was very helpful and super friendly. The town of Castle Rock is a gem! Good place for a night or two.
Very nice campground. Staff is super friendly and have been great!!!! We stayed on the middle tier and the view (sunsets) have been beautiful. Nice and quiet. If you have kids the play ground is amazing. Awesome dog park too which I like how its a few steps away from the camping spots yet not in anyone's "backyard". Only wish there was wifi and our site was level. Had to move our camper 3 times just to get it semi level and luckily my dad lived close enough to bring stacks and stacks of wood for blocks just so we could get our stabilizer jacks down. Over all very enjoyable stay.
They have recently changed ownership and are no longer part of Koa

We had a good time here camping for 3 nights. Only few spots at the hilltop have views but the rest of lots have no views. My St. Helens visitor center is about 30-35min drive
