Nice little cabins. Great location right on the river. Perfect spot to rest, relax with a lazy day on the river, and then have a cozy fire at night. The house had a stocked kitchen, though we need more dish towels that they gave us for the weekend, and there were several other items that were just adequate. (Think knives and kitchen tools.). If going for the weekend or more you might want to bring along some of your own kitchen items to be safe. There's no cell service, so it's a great way to get away and disconnect!

This place is heaven. Me and my family have been going for four years and hopefully we can make it five if everything reopens. Jim and Yvonne are wonderful people and the camp hosts as well. We always have everything we need and have the greatest of times. Fishing is good right outside and the trip to Gold Lake isn’t bad. Plus we usually go on a small hike on the Pacific Crest Trail Head where you can view the Yuba River from a bridge. We’re always excited for our next trip and sad to leave. It’s a must see cabin/ camping spot.

Very nice cabins right on the river. The cabins were rustic, but fine for what we needed - which was a place to cook, eat, relax, and hang out by the water for a few days. We had a great time. Hosts were very welcoming & lovely. Dog friendly, which is a plus. We would happily return!

Set in a timeless setting we had very authentic artisan feeling log cabin large side of the duplex neat and clean with a wonderful view of the river. All of the sight-lines from our windows were incredible , giant redwood trees, forrest ,the river.

Hearing the sound of the river created a nice isolation from other normal mountain activities like tree work and some road repair.

We were nearest to the road but honestly did not notice since we had the sound of the river being the loudest thing in such a natural environment.

The river being maybe 50 feet from our outside deck.

We brought our 2 little dogs and our 9 year old son who had such a great time in the river ,it was 2-3 or so feet deep, deep enough to have fun but is a fast moving river so bring a life vest and a floaty.

We anchored an inflatable alligator on a 25 foot rope upstream..played on it for hours You know you are doing it right when the kid takes a nap before dinner.

I feel this is one of the best places to visit it suited our needs amazingly. We never could have pulled off this kind of relaxation in a tent camp setting, We felt our camp hosts were nice and friendly available and informative We are already hoping to go back .

Thank You, Yvonne and Family for making our first ever cabin stay amazing

This was a great experience, and I will definitely tell my friends :) Super rustic. It's in the middle of nowhere virtually, with no cell service; great if you want to just spend time with nature and in the moment. The closest big grocery store is an hour away, so I recommend grabbing food beforehand! I hope to make it a family tradition of booking a cabin here, thank you!
