Located 43 miles from Tampa and 61 miles from Orlando. Go one mile north of historic Dade City on US Hwy 301/98. The park is located on the west side of the Hwy. Located next door to Sunburst RV Park.
Very overpriced must sign year lease, and you pay for everything, lawn care, garbage removal and any improvements that they make
I’ve lived here for over 10 years. We are now on the 3rd owner’s. For the price we pay it’s not worthy. Rent went up $90.00 this go round. Will probably be looking for another park to move to.
My wife and I have lived over here 10 years and this park is going to pot. They keep raising the rent but nothing's being done they changed the name and that's all parks really went downhill since Jeff colon didn't he took care of his customers and he took care of the grounds none of that is being done anymore if a tree falls on your car or on your house they still say oh that's an act of God. I would not recommend this part for anyone not even for overnighter. I would have gave it zero stars but hey you have to start somewhere
Seven acres seemed to be quiet and calm nice senior citizen mobile home part! They had a nice entrance that fried a little pine and I saw a few folks fishing there or sight seeing I'm not sure what they were up to, anyhow it seemed laid back, no crime or hoodlums in sight, and it seemed down to Earth country living!
