From south jct US 98 & US 301: Go 1 mi N on US 301, then 1 block E on Morningside Dr.
We were so excited to be snowbirds for the first time and chose this park advertised as a luxury RV resort to stay for the winter. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience there so much so that we left 2.5 months into our stay. Our lot was mowed the day we got there and not again for 7 weeks. The moles and fire ants had taken over our site and it was absolutely horrible. Management knew about it the whole time we were there and didn't care. 7 weeks later maintenance came and stepped on the big piles of mole hills which I guess was their way of resolving this issue. We felt like once they got your money, you're own your own to deal with everything. Wish I could post our lot pictures so everyone could see what we delt with. It's not the parks fault of course but if you want quiet this is not the place. The train is close by and the horn blares all night long every night for your listening enjoyment. Very disappointing experience
The office manager was so nice and friendly. The park has plenty to offer to enjoy being here. Our visit was great and we are going to be there for a month and hopefully be able to take advantage of everything.
This time my friend Jerry bought a place in the park because he liked it that much so we'll be coming back every winter.
We just checked in to Morningside Rv Estates, Dade City, Florida. It has exceeded our expectations so far. We will be here three months. Sites are huge, very well kept park. Friendly people. Awesome managers, Crystal and her husband Bob. So very helpful. I will update with photos and more after we've been here for a bit. But, we are very impressed. Our first year as "snowbirds" and it's starting off great. We're very excited to see what's in store for us here.
Very clean,,, people very friendly,,, JUST A VERY NICE CAMPING GROUND.. IT IS A LITTLE PRICEY FOR 2 WEEKS OVER $1,000..
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to stay as they were booked solid, and I can see why.
I had heard really good things about the park, so I took a ride through it. The roads were nice and the lots looked full, lol but what got me was that the park was extremely clean and everyone’s site look very well maintained.
I will be checking in occasionally to see if they have any sites available!! Nice place!
