A beautiful place to go with family or group of friends the prices are affordable, the cabins are rustic, there is no reception for cell phones but that is very good to get away from technology, there are many things that can be done both as a couple and in family.

There are many activities such as playing tennis, baseball, basketball, fishing and doing a lot of walking, you can also go camping outdoors if what you are looking for is something more adventure, the employees are very good, so I highly recommend it, my stay there was very pleasant.

Wonderful Cabin campground with lots of amenities. There is a private beach for swimming and fishing, you can even rent rowboats there. They have tennis courts, swings, badminton, basketball, table tennis, volleyball, and horseshoes. Very family friendly.

Now the cabins are very rustic, only 2 of them have bathrooms (For the rest you have to used shared bathrooms and showers, which were clean). Each Cabin does have electricity, a full refrigerator, and a hot plate. Most people bring fans to stay cool. They have cots but you have to bring your own sheets. The cabins are relatively clean but they are outdoor structures, if you have been camping before you'll be fine.

All in all a great outdoor family vacation. Will be going back next year.

Everything is great at Sebago other than the beds. If you don't have back issues, you will. Highly recommend the cottages for extended stays.

My main complaint is the dumpster trash pickup times being pretty random, which only matters because it's EXTREMELY loud and they sometimes come as early as 7:30AM - which is still supposed to be within the area's quiet hours. Really not a great way to be woken up, by big metal lids slamming against their respective receptacles when being set down by the forklift garbage truck.

Worth mentioning that the beach is a bit tiny, and maybe the cabins could be cleaned more thoroughly between guests (I am not picking up the previous guests' trash...

I wish the other people coming here respected the place instead of throwing their trash everywhere. Really sucks to see people's garbage everywhere I look - outside the cabins, on the surrounding grounds and woods, and even deep into the park.

the rustic cabins has lots of spiders. You need to sweep them out before settling in. Everything else is fine.

There is pingpong table, they provide plastic paddle. So if you wanna have some fun playing, bring your own paddle.

Summer could be very hot, bring a fan if weather is hot.

I really hope that they would spend portion of the money that the customers pay to hire people to thoroughly clean the cabins. That's caring for the customers. It doesn't matter how ugly and rustic the cabins are, it will still be better if it is cleaner. I feel like I wanted to bring a compressor and wash the cabin with the highest and strongest pressure to clean them.
