Not what I expected. Customer service at check in was friendly and easy enough. From there it goes down hill. Cabin was dirty, floor was maybe swept? Dirt on beds. Previous food scraps and dirt in all the corners, I wouldn't walk on the floor without shoes, feet will turn black. Loud campground, lots of partying, loud bass and music, weed smoke everywhere, adults drinking heavily in abundance. It's a party campground; if that's your thing you will love it here.

Beautiful wooden campground, excellent professor and courteous staff. Level gravel site. Good WI-FI. Had a severe thunderstorm liost power. Live wires blocked entrance. They were on top of it immediately keeping us informed throughout. Over 30,000 people lost power and they got us up and running, Even after a truck knocked down a power pole the next morning. Job well done.

This is a beautiful camping ground and cabin experience let down by the absolutely ATROCIOUS bathroom situation.

There are two bathroom facilities for the entire campground. The one that was within walking distance only had ONE working stall in the men's room. How is this even legal?

The showers were dirty and look like they haven't been refreshed in years.

Everything else was great. Pool was fun. Camp fires great. But KOA, you've got to fix the bathrooms.

This place is horrible!!! Myself and family usually will get 6 sites every year for the past few years and this will be our last!! This place is getting worse year by year.

There was a torrential downpour, so we decided to switch our tent site for a cabin. That was the worst choice ever! We had blood stains on the mattress cover in the cabin. When asked to come change the mattress cover, they show up a half hour later and tried to hand me the cover so I can change it myself!! After refusing, it took the young girl 18 mins to change it! Not only that, it was disgusting inside. There was literally garbage under the bed from the last guest that stayed here and dirt all over the floor. I was told a supervisor would come speak to me and it's been two days and I haven't seen anyone.

There are signs all over stating that we have to check out by noon to give house cleaning ample amount of time to prepare the cabin for the next guest, but obviously they dont prepare anything! Our power tripped twice and the only things plugged in were cell chargers and a light. There are no outlits outside and we literally had to go across the street and up the road a little bit to use a water spigot. They only had one curtain per window so it didn't even cover the window, and the window by the bed didn't even have a curtain, so the neighbors had a nice show. The screens were ripped on the windows so bugs came in. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. It showed the last time the workers cleaned anything was two days prior. There was no toilet paper and as you can see in the photos it was just atrocious! Tried to tell a manager or just someone but they were closed! They were supposed to be opened until 8pm and when I went to speak with someone at 6:15pm, it was dark inside, completely locked down and closed! The ONLY fun thing my children were excited about doing was using the bouncy pillow, but apparently they didn't have enough workers, so they shut down the pillow. Cars and golf carts speed around here like there's no tomorrow and nobody does anything about it. This place has just gotten worse the past few years and it's just so rundown! We wilI never come here again nor will my family! Thanks KOA!

Campground was clean. Our site was on the small side but it was well kept. We had two issues with our stay, first, the hours posted for the wine bar weren’t accurate. We went by 3x when it should have been open (according to the sign) but wasn’t. Second issue was with the posted “quiet hours”. They definitely are not enforced. The seasonal campers next to our site were drinking and carrying on until well after 11pm. We didn’t complain simply because we were only staying another day and didn’t want to deal with them.
