I just visited my brother who was staying there. I don't know what it cost but it is a beautiful place especially if you get a space next to the ocean. Great view when there's no fog. People are friendly. There's also a nice club house with a pool table. The also provided an ice cream social. There's a a nice grassy area with bean bag toss and horseshoes.

On an RV trip with the family through down the Oregon coast we stopped in to see if they had any openings and were lucky enough to get the last spot. They accommodate large RVs on cement spots with power, water and sewer hookups, each with their own propane fire pit and lounge chairs provided. Most, if not all, of them have a great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach.

Small, full hook-ups, beachfront RV park. Every site has some view of the ocean, a double-wide and deep concrete pad and a picnic table with benches. Dog-friendly except for the usual "aggressive" breeds.

We have stayed at Sea Perch RV resort a number of times. You have to book a year ahead for spots in May - September. We needed to cancel our visit for May 2024. I called 5 months in advance and were told we would be charged one nights stay from our original deposit. This is absurd! We will not stay here again!

We wanted an ocean front spot, so we booked out a year (that’s how busy they are) when the time came, we had something come up and we couldn’t go. I called 6 months in advance to cancel and was told I would have to forfeit the equivalent of one nights stay (over $100) I was shocked. The manager told me I could re-schedule. The original reservation was for a shorter coach and we had just bought a new, longer coach. Moved spots and changed the dates. Fast forward, life moves on and we buy a place down south our coach isn’t in Oregon. I call and ask if I can transfer the reservation to another person (I have already paid for one night) I was again denied. My only recourse was to push the reservation out again, but they don’t have openings on a weekend and we work. The current reservation is during the week, 45 days in the future, so I can call again on Monday and cancel the reservation and lose the deposit of over $100.

This is the most absurd thing I have ever encountered. I will NEVER book with them again and will let everyone I can about my terrible experience. I guess they want to keep the money and do no work to earn it.
