Very clean place. Nice picnic area in the easy walk to the falls. Giant trees always cool to see. There wasn't anyone there when we showed up. Watch out for the giant bee's nest . It's hanging on a branch about 6 feet off the ground after you hop down from the path to the creek bed. Bee careful they were crawling all over the outside of it when we noticed it.
Easy parking, easy to find and very open with scenic views and nice small waterfalls. I recommend this place especially if you have no hiking experience these trails are easy and accessible
The falls are great but be aware this park has one of the poorest marked trails and conditions. Half the trails are falling off the cliff side and the trails at some point have zero guidance. If you make the wrong turn you'll end up climbing a steep hill side to a dead end logger site lol. Stay along the water at all cost or you'll end up in middle of nowhere. Like I said the trails are marked poorly, upkeep is sad, and half the dogma have been pulled up and or are missing.
Great hike! The trail was cool, with a diverse array of wildlife and cool sights to see. The waterfall was cool, providing a rope along the hill next to the waterfall allowing people to climb to the top. The hike was quite short, only taking about two hours. Along the way, there was a nice rope swing over some water and a few campsites. A few parts were a bit steep, but stairs were in use in a lot of places. Definitely worth hiking on if you are looking for an easy and scenic hike.
