This place was awesome. Tons of fun on a 4x4 and many red rocks and canyons to explore. Miles and miles of trails and great area views.
There are so many fun trails to ride on Sand Mountain! If you’re new to the area, take a tour with Mad Moose Rentals. Ask for Robb and have the adventure of a lifetime. It’s the best way to see a lot of the mountain. Whether you you go for 2, 3 or 4 hours. Enjoy trail riding, the sand dunes, or rock crawling all with beautiful rock formations and breath taking views! It’s truly a beautiful and fun area to ride and see!
Was in the area for the weekend. Unfortunately not on an off-road trip.
We only went as far as the staging area, which is where the picture is taken from.
Can’t wait to bring the bikes and Jeep to bump this to 5 stars!
Great area to ride in any size machine with any skill level. Signs clearly state skill level.
