Management must be writing their own reviews because the place is a dump, management think they have the right to tow your v away if they don’t like u. She buy drinks with food stamps and sells the 3x the price for cash.
I have lived here for 2 and a half years. I was disturbed by all these snobby stuck up comments. Pam and Victor are doing an amazing job and it may be a little ran down but don’t think for one second they haven’t tried. They have been doing everything in there capable power to clean things up some just don’t care. But it is gonna be changing soon so for all you one nighters If you are gonna be so nit picky and can’t handle a little waiting around sometimes cuz Pam is only one person and yes she is human and does get stressed unlike yourself leaving these pointless comments cuz obviously the world is just smooth sailing for yourselves “ON VACATION” can’t imagine a whole lot of stress in that factor … so unless you can take into consideration all these factors keep your comments to yourself or better yet don’t come cuz as a full time live - in we don’t want your negativity. 😁
P.S. I am just a tenant no affiliation with the office but comments like this

I was let go after 22years working for this company from a off the job injury company claims I retired very wrong..
First off when you were working for them, you didn’t do anything but sit in a golf cart in front of the office trying to play rent a cop and second. I would be badmouthing them you’re still living there it’s so bad why are you there then?
If you have a rv or camp trailer there is a septic dump sight open to the public. It cost 15 dollars. It's next to the home depot. The park is kind of run down but from what I know and who I talk to there cleaning it up. Would I recommend staying there, I will leave it up to you all.
I stopped by to empty my tanks on my way home from the mountain. It was night time but they had a great little area for me to self serve. I appreciate this place. The lady who runs it is sharp as a knife and she's on top of making sure her people are taken care of there and the park is clean and presentable.
Have been trying to get a spot here for a few months now. The timing has always been off. Now they tell me my RV is to old. That was not a problem in the beginning. My RV is newer and nicer than ALOT of the RVs I have seen in there. Wish I could get in there it's a great location for my family needs. I would do so much free work around the property to keep it up to par. They would never want me to leave. Hope they change there mind and give me a chance. The office lady is fun to talk with.
