We just ended a five-month stay at Ivy Acres. We were tucked away in the woods and enjoyed hearing the birds, the frogs, the crickets, and the occasional hooting of the owl. Our neighbors were friendly but respectful of privacy...there's plenty of walking trails to explore and an abundance of very friendly fur babies. Kristy & Donna do an amazing job keeping the park safe and well-maintained. If you decide to venture out for dinner don't miss the Saluda Grill in Piedmont.

There's usually a waiting list at Ivy Acres so if you're considering a stay don't delay! You won't regret it.

Hidden in a forest with beautiful open mowed grass fields lies this gem of an RV Park. Friends told us you’ll love it; we did.😍 A 4 day stay turned into a great 4.5 month stay. We were truly sad to leave the morning walks, our neighbors that became friends, and the most kind and caring staff we’ve ever come across; Kristy the manager is on top of every detail in a kind and caring way, Donna the landscaper loves this place and it shows in the beautifully mowed open spaces and her good morning wave as she picks up your garbage at your site, and Chuck the owner grew up on this property and his love for it and the people that care for it and stay here shows. This was our first stay here and we’ll be back. Thank you all.😍🙏

Our five-month stay at Ivy Acres RV Park was an absolute delight. Nestled conveniently close to Greenville yet ensconced in its own serene oasis, this park provided the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. Always ready with a smile, they were incredibly helpful and accessible, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable throughout.

One of the highlights of Ivy Acres is its natural surroundings. The walking and biking trails meandering through the park, the picturesque ponds, and the nearby river and creeks offered endless opportunities for exploration and relaxation. It truly felt like a retreat into nature, right at our doorstep.

The park's location is also worth highlighting. While it's just a short drive away from downtown Greenville—a city brimming with charm and attractions—the park itself is situated off a recently repaved two-lane road, making access easy and convenient. Moreover, its proximity to I85 adds to its accessibility without compromising its peaceful ambiance.

While the park is generally quiet, it's worth noting that there is some noise from the nearby interstate during morning and evening commute times. However, this didn't detract significantly from our overall experience.

Another aspect we appreciated was the park's policy of being adult-only. This contributed to a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the surroundings.

In summary, Ivy Acres RV Park exceeded our expectations in every way. Whether you're looking for a long-term retreat or a short-term escape close to Greenville, this park offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful haven amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Our five-month stay at Ivy Acres RV Park was fantastic. The staff was always friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from day one. The park's walking trails, ponds, and nearby river provided endless opportunities for relaxation and exploration. Despite being close to downtown Greenville and I85, the park maintains a peaceful atmosphere. The adult-only policy ensured a quiet and relaxing environment. Highly recommend for a tranquil getaway near Greenville.

This facility is the best one I’ve ever been to in my two years of full-timing it! Stunning walking paths, quiet neighbors, beautiful river access, lush fields, a sweet little pond, and the community here is excellent! Everyone is kind and looks out for one another. You can be social if you want or on your own, but you’re safe and warmly welcomed either way.

My site was already completely level, I had the option to get a mailbox, and it was priced wonderfully. I will surely miss it and my neighbors (both human and deer).

I can not recommend this place enough for your home, or home away from home.
