Beautiful rv park - great views - clean and modern facilities. The staff was pleasant. Very disappointed when we arrived and were assigned a different spot than we had paid for (fully in advance by the way) We were told that they had to move us because of construction going on in the area that we were supposed to be in. We prepaid for a week and never saw or heard any construction. We were credited 35 dollars total against a 600 dollar plus bill. There were very few spaces filled as it is a new park in the winter time and many premium sights (which is what we paid for) were available but we were not even offered one as an option. We ended up leaving early and won't be returning any time soon. Update - To be fair Roam America did reach out to us after the fact and made things right. As a business owner for over 50 years I have always lived by the motto that if you have a problem and the problem is fixed then no more problem. Thank you Roam America - we will be visiting your beautiful RV park again soon!

This is one of the nicest campgrounds we have stayed at in terms of amenities. The location was also good in the sense that it was very close to Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell etc. It is located on a busy highway so not super "private" but still pretty private. The views were great as well.

The amenities were incredible. The whole vibe of the campground is modern and hip, they had a little shop to purchase snacks and alcohol, the employees were super nice, the laundry was easy to work and accepted credit card payments, and the bathrooms/showers were immaculate. By far the best RV campground shower experience I have ever had. You had the entire room to yourself, toilet, shower, sink etc. Soap/shampoo available to use as well. Our stay was short but quiet and enjoyable, would 100% return.

I can’t say enough about this place. It was immaculate and probably the nicest RV park I’ve stayed in. The bathrooms are modern, new and more like a hotel bathroom. There are laundry facilities in each bathroom along with a dining table. This was nice to get out of our tiny rig and stretch out to eat our dinner. It was warm and cozy in there. We stayed at the end where the dog park is and the views were amazing. There is nothing to obstruct the views. The lodge area is very nice and with a resort feel. We had three dogs with us and our vintage trailer and they did not mind at all. There is a cafe however I don’t think it was open but probably will be when it gets busier. I will definitely be back and I can’t wait.

Roam America is 5⭐️ all day long

Facilities were clean, super clean actually, the cleanest rv park I have ever stayed at.

Nice restrooms/showers. Space 108 was my space and it was great.

Definitely staying there for our next adventure at Lake Powell/Antelope Canyon.

Good Job Roam America
