I love it here. Love the management and amazing neighbors! Great place!
I wonderful place especially if your lucky for cheap. To be clear living on the river is not for the weak and it doesnt except troublemakers, but if you like the outdoors and are not planning on making problems thks is your spot.
I lived there 2 years, I made my space better by planting succulents by the mailbox and by my back fence. It was all dry dead grass when I got there. All I got from the management was grief " you can't do that... I was beautifying the space not destroying it. I have pictures of all. I moved out at 60 days still haven't got my deposit back I turned in the keys to pool shower, and bathroom. I left planter box in tact and area Clean I even fix the shed made it more secure for the next guy. I made alot of friends there I will miss them all but it was time to find a better managed place where I can actually count on them to help me with repairs not treat me like it's my fault it wasn't working.
