We exchanged time share week here.

Love the architecture and interior: designed by Frank Lloyd Wright Institute. Humble beauty plus functions.

The studio is well layer out and equipped with gas fireplace. Balcony looked out to the inner courtyard with a pool and a whirlpool. The whirlpool has therapeutically jets great for after a day's hike.

Front desk and club house personnel are helpful. It even hosted a wine and cheese afternoon that we enjoyed talking to people living in this resort. There is a fireplace located right at the lookout point of the harbor.

The location is great. Close to marina village. Maruna park, the Ventura peer and downtown.

The bathroom has double sinks, a separate shower and bath tube as well as vanity counter too.

The only thing that is not ideal is: the kitchen light is wired together with the noisy kitchen venilator. We ended up using the built-in microwave light and the sink light.

Really enjoy it here. Only hope that exchang opportunities will be available again.

Our family has been going here for most of the last 36 years. The location on the harbor is perfect, right in the middle of everything. The only downside to having everything within a short drive is that there isn't much within a short walk. The pool and spa are popular with everyone, and the younger generation likes the layout for games and such. The clubhouse is better than some of the restaurants in town, especially if you want Mexican-style food, thanks to Trina (she's the kindest chef ever). The chorizo breakfast burrito was huge, and the fish tacos had so much fish (which was a very good thing). We look forward to it every year!

We love coming back to Harbortown Point every year. We escape the Arizona desert heat and enjoy a week of beautiful beach weather. We love checking out bikes for a nice ride along the beach to the pier, or for some Starbucks and donuts. We have our favorite places in the village and love getting reacquainted with our favorite beach spots. The room amenities make the week perfect with preparing meals, enjoying the harbor and ocean views, and taking in the amazing weather. We are always sad to leave. The gardens on the property are meticulously maintained and we love strolling through the property taking in the beautiful scenery. We're already planning next year's visit and all the activities we will enjoy during our stay.

Talk about a HIDDEN GEM! Visited this place for a staycation. The resort is tucked away next to the harbor patrol. Plenty to do and see from this location. It's close to the freeway and has excellent views of the harbor.

The Cafe here is next level. The chef and hostess are just wonderful. Food is fresh and delicious. Portions are generous. The chef should be working at a larger restaurant, he has the potential to bring something great to a restaurant. Hope to see him open up his own some day.
