Located only 3 miles West of Meeker, Colorado on Highway 64.
Nice shaded park with great owners. Pat is a great knowledge base for the area. Good power, some 20 amp, some 50 amp and good water pressure. Wifi is ok and Verizon is only good enough signal for text. Only real drawback is we were on the road which was a little noisy.
This place has more than enough amenities to offset the nearby highway! Great hosts, free showers, killer views, each site has electricity and water AND sewer! But it's not your typical sterile parking-lot-RV-park lined of place. Shade trees, rustic feel, very quiet.
Loved our little stay here. Did not meet the owners as it was Labor Day weekend but they used an honors system with payment envelopes so we payed our due. The clubhouse we great. We both needed to charge our phones up and it was nice to sit down and hang out while we did that. Bathrooms were clean. Grateful for showers after weeks on the road!All facilities were older but charming. We loved the grassy shaded tent area to escape the heat. Just a lovely little place!
The owners are super friendly. The place was extremely clean. Stayed in a cabin. It was very comfortable. We found out last mi use it would rain and they let us upgrade. I will be definitely staying here again.
