We absolutely love this park. Initially we had reserved 2 nights and we ended up extending our stay to 9. We enjoyed the fire pits multiple times. The hosts are spectacular!!! They are extremely friendly and accommodating. My wife and I love sitting outside and enjoying the view of Steamboat mountain off in the distance. Already planning our stay for next year.

Simple, clean RV park with everything you need! My only disappointment was that we specifically asked for two sites together to be with family and that request seemed to be impossible. We asked upon booking and I even asked the morning of check in (in order to help the management plan for the day) and it was a quick no, even though there were multiple spots together throughout the 3 days we were there. Little requests like this make a big difference and can really make or break a stay.

Thank you for having us!

Nice campground with clean wash rooms and laundry. Grounds were well maintained. Found the hosts to be very helpful. Only negative was the proximity to US-40. A little noisy during the day but quieted down in the evening. Since we were visiting family, highway noise was not a significant issue for us.

Park was very quiet, tucked away from the highway. Probably about 20-25 sites total. Didn’t use the restrooms but the grounds were clean and our 40ft with pop-outs on both sides fit without a problem. I enjoyed a walk with my son up the side of the hill also to see some birds and flowers.
