About Campground

River Camp RV Park is located directly on a beautiful bend of the famed White River near the base of the iconic Flat Tops Wilderness. River Camp RV Park offers 19 well-situated RV sites (2 sites are pull through, the rest are back in), each with a level gravel pad. Each site has full hook ups, including water (with great water pressure), sewer, and 30 and 50 amp outlets. All sites will accommodate a 38' RV and Class A, B, and C Motorhomes. A majority of the sites will also accommodate a 44' RV. River Camp RV Park also offers dry camping and can accommodate large groups. We can provide water for our campers. Each site has a picnic table and fire pit. Firewood is available. Great WiFi is also provided. The 13 acre property is well laid out and provides spacious sites that afford great privacy and quiet. Mature trees on the property offer great shade and the grounds are covered with a beautiful lawn. The RV park is well maintained and always clean. There is an abundance of wildlife in the area. Turkeys and deer wander through the park and the bird watching is stellar.

Great location, responsive camp host, clean!

Such a nice stay. Campsites are large and tidy. Large grass areas to enjoy the views and sounds of the river. Full hooks ups were awesome! Will definitely be back!

Wished I would have stayed longer. The camp host was amazing. The spots are spread out and the campground is beautiful. There is free firewood from the host who spends her own gas on her own saw so please leave her a donation. There is ample fishing right out of camp and lots of wildlife. I highly recommend staying here. Make reservations it can fill up fast.

Love this RV Park. We have been going there for years to the Sheep Dog Trials and for family get togethers. The campground areas have improved greatly with the Camp Hosts, Amy, and James. They are friendly and make you feel welcome.

It's just a relaxing, peaceful place to park your home on wheels for a few lazy days.

Only downside this year, and I have to admit I am truly disappointed, is that the entire campground reservations for 2024 Sheep Dog Trials had been blocked out for an Events Group, and we were unable to reserve a campsite for the trials next year.

We will return sometime next summer, but we will certainly miss being there for the week of Sheep Dog. We are hoping to find somewhere else to stay

but that is hard to do with so few parks and a very popular yearly event.

I do want to say thank you for such an amazing spot to slow down and enjoy family, friends, winding water, wild turkeys, tall trees, and beautiful sunrises.

God Bless...😊

The Camp and the Camp Managers was excellent. The camp was well maintained, quiet, and very serene. The Camp Managers, Amy and James really know how to make a camper feel welcome and special, spending time with each Camper. Greeting them on entry and saying goodbye when they left. We were asked for suggestions for improvement. Nothing its great the way it is, especially when you come from the city and just need to chill out.
