Very clean lake. It is easily accessible for the public. Great day trip with a boat. Not crowed if you enjoy fishing. Great to anchor down and float the day away. Will be returning for an annual trip.
South Sandusky campground covered with huge pine trees. Perfect shade for camping.The lake is huge and gorgeous
Great Lake that's the cleanest in a 100 mile radius if not 200 miles. Lake has tons of launching points, waves aren't to choppy, people are friendly and the water isn't nasty like most lakes around the area. This is my favorite lake in and around southern Illinois
Rend Lake is a nice place to take the family. There are a lot of things to do there, and they also hold fishing tournaments there as well. That's one of the lakes we fish are BFL Tournaments at in the Major League Fishing Circuit.
