Someone said it was $29 a night. Was quoted $39/night & that doesn't include electric. Told them I had solar but they still charged a $10 deposit. We left our dog bone at the site. So we called & she'd if they could ship to our final destination. He wanted $50 for packaging time & materials. Told him nevermind a new ones only $60. He said "just as well" I did get the electric deposit back the next day. His contract is all on his side re any damages re water, tree limbs etc. They didn't seem to have many spots to stay at. They also didn't have restrooms completed, or ANY amenities. They are in the process of adding to it. It's far from a resort, or worth it imo

After buying our Class A motorhome in July, we had an apartment to clean out to prepare for for full-time travel. Red Coach Resort was very kind in accommodating us for over a month while we lived in the RV during the apartment clean out process. We had our own share of personal setbacks that made our stay difficult, initially. I, personally, feel that any bad reviews that have been left, stem from travelers not separating their personal issues from the resort. We could not be happier with the kindness and efforts made to make our stay more comfortable. On what was supposed to be our last day, we went to drive off and the RV wouldn't start, which has since been resolved. The owner saw us and offered to assist in a battery jump. These staff members STAY busy, and he took the time to offer help. We ultimately had to extend our stay for a few days, which was accommodated with no hassle. Yes, there is gravel. Yes, the location is in the development stages. I highly recommend this location to anyone, as long as you are able to toughen up and realize that camping, means camping with gravel and work being done around you sometimes. Thank you to everyone at Red Coach for being so hospitable and kind in our stay here.

Great location! Nice RV park. We stayed for a long weekend and it was exactly what we were looking for. The place is well kept, the lots are graveled. Would definitely stay there again. The reservation process allows you to choose from the available sites and you actually see a picture of the site. Light years better than other parks we’ve stayed.

My husband and I stayed at this RV resort for almost two months. The family that owns it are lovely and appreciate their clients. The landscape is extremely spacious, wooded and beautiful. Plenty of opportunities to hike. Even though they are still developing their property, the site areas are clean, beautiful and very quiet. We live full time in our RV and travel all over the country. We definitely recommend this park.
