Would NEVER give the man a dime of my money! I’m a travel welder have a job near by looking for somewhere to put my camper for at least a year. Man was extremely rude to my wife about us staying with him and all his rules. Told her about him turning down anyone who is local and how he has $600,000 invested in him park. Being rude to people who are going to be steady rent for a year is probably why 18 of his 23 spots are empty!

Absolutely the worst customer service. You better be traveling solo no vehicle heck no camper even. No dogs, no children. Better have a date of when you are going to be there and when you are going to leave in blood. No wonder theres a lot of bad reviews for this fella. He is absolutely against any thing you say. Avoid this location at all cost.

Called to see about long term rentals and he just kept going on amd on why he doesn't want to rent to people like me. Hmm I didn't even tell you why I was looking for a spot and then when I did you began to stutter because I can well afford your prices. I can't handle you judging me because of your past experiences. Unprofessional

We are staying there while our house is being built close by. It is a nice, clean, safe place to stay. Tommy does a great job maintaining the park. The sites are level. There is a Food for Less grocery store and a Dollar General nearby (1/2 mile), and it is close to Huntsville and Arab, about 8 miles, in either direction.
