We're at the secondary park. No clubhouse or shower. Some pull throughs. Some older trailers. Gravel pads, picnic tables, trees, grass between sites. Easy in and out. Couple blocks off US90. Some noise from trains going by.

I have really been enjoying my stay at this RV park! The staff is friendly and helpful, the sites are clean and well-maintained, and I also have really appreciated the on-site amenities, such as the laundry facilities, and Wi-Fi. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this RV park to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet place to stay.

Overnight here in Feb 2023. Nice place. Full hookups gravel pads. Small but owner said he usually can accommodate drive-ups.

$50 per night is common price these days

We stayed in a 30 foot 5th wheel.

Oh, there are trains but didn't bother us
