Within a half hour from many communities, including Kingsville, Holden, Odessa, Warrensburg, Lee’s Summit, Bates City, Oak Grove, Peculiar, Pleasant Hill, Pittsville, Blue Springs.

Great People Building A Great Campground
The owners are very hospitable and were attentive to my questions and concerns. The grounds were still under construction during my stay but all the amenities that I required were still available and the landscape provides pleasant views of local flora and fauna, including a pond and a winding creek with nature trails. I will most likely stay here again if I'm visiting the area in the future.
We stayed at Powell’s Creekside for 2 weeks while my husband was attending a training. A great experience! Our cabin was very clean and well cared for. Marjorie and the whole family went out of their way to make us feel at home and comfortable , even bringing us extra blankets on an extra chilly night. Very family friendly. My kids made new friends and enjoyed playing in the woods and pond. Would definitely stay again!
This place gave me some weird vibes I was expecting it to be better considering the reviews on it we're good but when I pulled up it look nothing like the pictures it looked like slumville and when I drove up everyone was looking at me I couldn't even locate The Host and they wanted $30 a night to stay there I just turned around and left I recommend going to the Jacomo campground much prettier and safer and cheaper
Nice little RV park, the owners are super nice! Would stay here again. Wifi works great also!
This was my daughter's favorite campground of all the ones we visited on our recent trip because she loved playing sand volleyball and gaga ball with the children of the delightful family who own Powell's Creekside Haven! A truly wonderful family!
