A good place to go for a swim. Not now though it's very Flooded!!
I don't have anything nice to say looks like crack alley and I have a boat behind my camper and I was only going to stay a few days got there the rude Park lady pulled up and told me that I don't have any reason to have my boat there I told her I was just passing through and I live in my camper so I ask her what did she want me to about it I didn't have any where to put it because I live in my camper she told me to leave we can't stay there I would not recommend this campground for anyone and my camper was the best looking one there so I had no problem with leaving
Very happy with Perk Beach Rv Park. I really like it . It's quiet and peaceful. Ms. Laura is the manager. She's a awesome lady.
I gave 3 stars because I've never stayed IN the park. I go to the creek there. It's really great if you have smaller kids. Water is fairly shallow. It doesn't have a really fast current either. Large beach area, and you can always sit in the shade of the overpass if you don't want constant sun beating down on you. I'd give the beach 4 stars!
Park management needs a class in people skills.As a general manager myself,I was floored at Laura's lack of management skills.Bathrooms were never cleaned.She bullies certain residents while others (her friends) can do no wrong.It was like high-school all over again.She texted my fiancé phone asking if he smoked weed in the bathrooms and she WILL check the cameras.We are in our 40s and wouldn't ever take part in something so juvenile As smoking in a public space,yet there's campers with Marijuana leaf curtains she never asked.We told her please check them and see it wasn't us.Theres a dog that barks and jumps at anyone and everyone and keeps others up all night but they are her friends.My friends,fellow campers got a spot there 3 mths back and left before her stay was up bc of the management there.Upon leaving she rode to another camper and told them all kind of things about us,stating the supervisor was her friend and it didn't really matter if we called to report her.DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!
