Clean, comfortable, affordable. Friendly staff, too! We really enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located and the room was very clean! We will definitely be back!
It's a budget motel for this area. Across from Skipper Bud's Marina. No frills or fancy accommodations. The rooms were incredibly spacious (# 19, 4 double beds in ours), clean and comfortable. There was a pool on site as well as a playground for children. We had no complaints for price of motel for a family of 6 for 1 night.
Place was cleaner and some remodeling done since last time I was there.. Our bass club rents out several rooms here 4x a year. Great safe place bring your boat and charge your batteries each night.. Also office open late most evenings. Pretty decent parking too.
I'll be there this weekend too!
Not a place my wife would like, but not a dump either.
Wishing they had mini fridges in the rooms.. But other than that great for fishing trips and super location to the area.
We love this place. Our camper is staying here permanently, our summer vacation spot. We have searched many campgrounds in this area and this is perfect. Located close to everything, shopping, fishing, restaurants, jet express to islands, animal safari, etc.. We aren't packed in like sardines like most others, have a great pool, hotel for inviting family, guests. Clean and owner is great at keeping an eye on everything, always improving his property.
Current seasonal camper have stayed in hotel many times over the years. Great management keeps place well kept and safe for family and property. Hotel has strongest hot shower to wash away the fishy mess. Always clean and always improving the camping and fishing amenities.
